At Konig Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can process your request quickly.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
